• Forbetterbrowning,placecookie sheets andbakingpans lengthwise,side to side
on the rack.
• Cookiesheetsshouldbe withoutsidesand madeof shinyaluminum. The bestsize
to use for cookiesheets is 16" x 12" orsmaller.
